All waste water from the yeast production process is treated through a mechanical filtration, de-nitrification, anaerobic and aerobic treatment complex. Organic materials in our waste are transformed into biogas during the treatment process. The biogas thus produced is stored under membrane cover and is used in steam boilers and for power generation and the use of natural sources is economized.
Bio-flocks in the treated water from the aerobic treatment is precipitated in the precipitation pool and then discharged to the receiving media.
